Victoria Glen Manor Foundation Inc.
was incorporated under the Province of New Brunswick Companies Act on March 16, 2005. 

In September 2006, the Charities Directorate of Canada Revenue Agency confirmed that Victoria Glen Manor Foundation Inc. qualified for tax exempt status as a registered charity under the Income Tax Act. 

The purpose of the Foundation is to raise funds for the maintenance, upkeep, expansion, rehabilitation, operation and enhancements for residents of Victoria Glen Manor Inc. 

The affairs of the Foundation are managed by a seven member

 Donations
The Foundation will be the recipient for all donations to Victoria Glen Manor Inc. Memorial Cards are available at Victoria Glen Manor and Brunswick Funeral Home in Perth-Andover, N.B.

An official, numbered receipt will be issued for all donations for income tax purposes.
